Default Make the costume brawl permenent

It has a few things that need fixed like skill bar order on monks and mesmers and maybe a revamped skill bar on some other classes, but it's a fun diversion and would be a good way for people to keep gaining gamer points.

I'd like to see Anet keep it after this weekend is over.

EDIT: maybe if they keep it past this weekend, it'd let us choose which NPCs we'd like to play as, as well. Like being able to play as Jora or Gwen.

will will get athe BMP. this is a kinda teaser for that cept in PvP. which makes it uber IMHO.

Only thing I do not like is there is no spawn point protection on the maps... Cause people are just picking them off as they spawn after a death. Thats really cheap if you ask me. Spawn and have spirits and a rit a ranger and a warrior waling away on you 1 at a time... Rinse and repeat and they get to 20 before you can do anything about it...

I do not think that Costume Brawl is going to stay in its current form.

But maybe it will evolve into the last casual pvp addition to GW1, or influence some design ideas for GW2.

/not signed These are special events and should remain so. They are something to look forward to not be had everyday. Sorry, won't happened.

i would love to fight with Gwen vs Pyre...
but imo yet, all clsses need better balanced Skill Bars

some builds are imo too powerful in the brawl, like the Elementalist, Ritualist, Assasin and Dervish, they could need other Skill Bar Builds

imo GW finally needs at least 1 Mingame, that is ever playable and gives the player gamer points ..
nothing sucks more, than having to wait EVER 1 whole year, only to be able to pla some minigames for gamer points ...

this way it takes ages to maximize the gamer title ... ages, no player will have, before GW2 will release

Yeah, people are /sigining so it won't be for special events only, go figure. I guess it's hard to get it, but hey, came from a person "let's have a crappy no h/h weekend"

I would agree with some kind of area (like a new real of the gods, the Lyssa or Dwayna, for instance) where mini-games are permanent, so player that can't be on weekends can get gamer points. But not just one of them.

this area would be deserted after 1-2months imo...leading to wastage of time from developers

I is loved it!

put all NPC and villians in there

and you can do another set of titles

10k disguise points for every npc you played and if you have maxed all npc you get a title, master of disguise maybe or something.

i say /signed but with an exception. go ahead and remove the costume part of it but i like the idea of an arena with preset skills, this is great for noobs and skilled players alike.

noobs get to see a good skill bar that works. this is one of my changes i would like i should state first is change some of the skill bars to include a rez and well just be better bars. they can play this bar and get used to it and carry over this experience to other arenas. also becuase everyone has the same bar they can test their skills without getting insta pwned so they will be a bit better at pvp overall.

for experienced players this is fun cause they can test their skills without having to worry about noob touchers or this months hella imba build. its a great way to relax and kick ass without having to come up with a new bar.

also the cap point thing is GREAT how it is set now, cause if you choose to cap ab style you can win, or if you choose to just murder the heck out of the other team you can win too. so both play styles are covered.

if they do add this, like i said remove the costumes thats not why i like it. and change the skill bars like twice a month, maybe hold contests for people to come up with good bars for that arena. with these changes i really think this could become a very fun and useful arena.

Have you played with the Ele bar? Sure, on paper it sounds great, but think about it. SF the para? purge signet. SF the derv? AoM. SF the sin? Signet of Malice. The monk? smite condition. The rit? mend body and soul. Necro? plague touch. So yes, it works well vs othere eles, mesmers, warriors and rangers. But since 60% of all classes are FORCED to bring condition removal, it's not as IMBA as in other PvP modes. Not to mention, few if any players cluster up enough to hit more than 1 player at a time with SF. And about the condition removal, I HAVE been in games where the one condition that is required for the build to function is removed almost instantly off each person I put it on.
